Welcome to the works of André van Haren
André van Haren was born in 1963 in Holland. In 1990 he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music in Classical Piano and Composition from the Conservatory in Utrecht, The Netherlands. His main instrument is the piano. He has written and arranging music for various ensembles including piano, choir, chamber ensembles and orchestra. He also created many tutorials for the music notation program Sibelius.
Next to his work as composer, André van Haren is the lead developer for StoryCraft New Edition, a program for character and plot development for screenwriters and novelists. StoryCraft is based on the popular Jarvis screenwriting method developed by John Jarvis.
